Hatha Yoga

Discover the ancient art of Hatha Yoga in our studio and delve deeper into the connection of body, spirit and breath. In Hatha Yoga, we focus on breathing and relaxation techniques to improve stamina and a sense of inner peace. A characteristic of Hatha yoga is staying in each asana creating a balanced and healthy body and spirit. With the guidance of trained instructors and in a friendly and open environment, the practice of Hatha Yoga becomes an experience of self-awareness and growth, offering a deep journey of well-being and inner peace.

Hatha Vinyasa Yoga

In our studio we offer a unique Hatha Vinyasa Yoga experience. This dynamic approach to yoga combines breath with movement by flowing from one asana to the next (Vinyasa), creating a rhythm that dances with the body and mind. Through Hatha Vinyasa Yoga, you will discover energy, strength and flexibility, strengthening your physical condition and restoring your inner balance.

Yoga Nidra (Meditation)

In our studio we offer the unique experience of Yoga Nidra, also known as “yoga sleep”. Yoga Nidra is a 30-40 minute meditation practice that guides you through an inner experience of deep relaxation and empathy. The right kind for dealing with anxiety and stress, Yoga Nidra helps you release oppression and pain from the body and mind. Through this inner experience of renewal and revitalization, you discover your inner peace and well-being.

Asthanga Vinyasa Yoga

In our studio you will also live a dynamic Asthana Vinyasa Yoga experience. A Dynamic yoga system which is performed with a specific flow, breathing technique, concentration technique and specific dwell time in each asana. Through this practice, we discover the overall unity of our body, spirit and mind, creating an inner experience of balance and well-being.
